Description
I find politicians, especially the current crop in high office in Washington to be facinating and terrifying. I know nothing about the innner workings of the political mind as I have no contact with any of them. I assume that the best way to understand any person's life narratives is to speak with them an interview them as I would any other person I am trying to understand. To that end I have invited Senator Marco Rubio to be a guest on my show tomorrow night. I have little or no hope that he will accept my invitation so I will do what is called an empty chair interview. I have been very critical of the Senator and have emailed him numerous messages concerning his silence on the mass shootings now plaguing and destroying the civil fabric of America.I have suggested to him that he and the others in Congress who take large sums of money from the NRA have sold their souls to the "devil" and have, in part, the blood of the victims of these mass slaughters on their hands. I realize that my criticisms and moral judgments in no way explain their actions and it is to that end I will try and do my interview.
