Description
This episode is focused on the relationships and community we find in other women and how these bonds have been damaged. In today’s society, most women are in a state of burnout or wearing a more masculine mask as a defense mechanism - neither of which provides a conducive environment for making and building relationships with other women. As women, we desire to be seen and heard while feeling safe and protected. Instead of leaning into this sensitivity of being seen and heard, we are focusing all of our energy on keeping ourselves safe and starving ourselves of any type of sensation as a result. We end up leaning on our spouses or partners to fill the void of female connection when we need to be seeking a community of women to navigate the struggles of our lives. This episode is full of so much actionable advice on female relationships and how we can connect with other women in our lives to build our own community of women. I know you’re going to love it. Tune in today! In this episode:[01:50] We continue our Heresy Heals Series with Part 3 today.[04:00] Our constant search for safety behind a masculine mask keeps us from being seen and building friendships.
