Modern holiday apartment in a sought-after location

Think stacks of natural light and an open plan living area. Elegantly furnished, with a large sofa, several armchairs and an appropriately large Smart TV with some Sky channels, plus a DVD player, you won’t know whether to stay indoors to enjoy your holiday apartment or to make the most of Eastbourne.

There is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and even an indulgent wine cooler.  With bar stools against the generous worktop, there is informal dining for four.

This modern holiday apartment sleeps up to four across the two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.  The master bedroom boasts a kingsize bed and a spotless ensuite shower room, while the second bedroom is a double.   There is also a separate bathroom, with a bath where you can have a lovely soak, so no queuing for the facilities.

Turn right from the building for Favoloso, Bill Bryson’s favourite ice cream parlour, the theatres and Towner Gallery, head straight on the for beach or turn left for the iconic Eastbourne pier. Or head ‘inland’ with a five-minute walk instead for The Beacon, with brand new Cineworld cinema and top notch, big brand shopping.  This is assuming you can pull yourself away from invigorating cliff-top walk along Beachy Head, the Seven Sisters and the South Downs National Park.

The train station, with direct links to London, Brighton and Ashford International is less than 10 minute walk away, so a car is far from essential but parking permits are available for just £2 per day (free on Sundays) which allow you to park across a wide-section of Eastbourne.

Linen and regular towels are provided (bring your own beach towels) with additional linen and towels provided to guests who are staying two weeks or more, as with all our holiday apartments Eastbourne. Free WiFi included.  Please pack your slippers as we ask that you remove outdoor footwear on entry, both to protect the flooring and to reduce noise transfer.

The checkout time is 10am on the morning of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.

The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.

The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
