Lake Logan State Park Tours and Activities

They did not have my reservations in their system possibly due to hotel name change after they were made. Took more than 1/2 hour to get checked in.

I stayed on the 4th floor and the whole floor smelled like smoke. Not only the floor smelled like that but my room too. When I called the front desk complaining about it he told me the rooms don't smell like that. I told him mine does and he went up to my room to check. He still said he couldn't smell it. Well, I expected him to say that because it was full house and they couldn't move me to another room. I found out it was coming from the kitchen and the 3rd and 4th floor are the floors that smell like that. It was so bad that I felt like I was camping outside. The breakfast was pretty bad too. I asked for an omelet with no cheese, with onions and tomatoes. The omelet came out with 3 small cubes of tomatoes, no onions and with cheese. Horrible and they charged me $9 for those additions. The manager was nice because he decreased my bill after I complained. Also, the mattrass was very uncomfortable. I didnt sleep well at all for 4 nights plus I smelled the smoke. When I checked out I got a $94 credit only which is ridiculous. I almost forgot to add that after the maids cleaned my room they left my door unlocked. Luckily nothing was missing from my room but I never experienced that in any of my stays. Overall not a great experience.

I enjoyed the staff they were friendly, free breakfast was better than I expected, room was clean, a few cool spots nearby, no issues and good value… I’d come back for sure.
