Pros: front desk staff was very friendly; room was clean Cons: heating system in room was very loud, had to keep it off; other heating systems could be heard loudly all night from other rooms; hot tub was cold, front desk staff did adjust temp however until it heated the hot tub couldn’t be used during stay which was one of the main amenities that led to decision to stay at this location; pool and bathroom towels were very small

We checked into room and the room was too hot. Thermostat was malfunctioning. They were very busy, but right away got us into another room and were very apologetic about the problem. Have stayed at this facility many times and they have always been very friendly and hotel very clean.

I enjoyed my stay I was really tired from my drive.I was able to grab food from the bar which was delicious. I also enjoyed the jacuzzi. The staff was very pleasant. i would definitely stay again.
