Would have rated as 6 rather 5 stars a few years ago during last stay pre pandemic a number of years ago, and few things no longer present such as open complimentary bar in rooms, and evening cheese/charcuterie trolly more extensive and higher end back then. Also seemed higher staffed back then. But regardless excellent location, comfortable rooms, great staff, and great complementary breakfast.

A wonderful stay in a great boutique hotel. The staff were exceptional! Helpful, polite & friendly. The breakfast was fabulous- the egg chef was so lovely and very friendly- cooked great food👌 The all inclusive bar was top notch and the beds comfortable. Our only complaint was poor lighting in the bedrooms and I didn’t rate the pillow( but to be fair I didn’t ask for it to be changed) Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again!

A great location in the middle of town: some of the other guests were too loud and full of their own importance (and were like vultures when the cheese and wine were brought out) but they were a minor nuisance

Amazing hotel, very warm and charming! Everything is included in your stay from the items in your room bar fridge to the treats and drinks in the lobby. The breakfast selection is outstanding and was delicious....and of course, included in the price!

Charming decor, nice breakfast options, and friendly, helpful staff. The wine and cheese in the lobby was a nice feature. I even got a hot chocolate with Baileys in to warm up after walking back from the Rijksmuseum.
