"Unlike other all inclusive properties we have stayed at, they really were all adult. Other places shared restaurants with a sister properties that were for families but this was ALL adult so no screaming kids. There were a lot of dining choices and fun activities. The room was comfortable but very loud at night. "The hotel's staff is generally very nice, particularly Charlie and the activities group, however their timeshare pitch wasn't appreciated, was stressful and not worth the 'coupons/discounts' provided. Also, the arrangement the hotel has with taxis is akin to robbery and will only lead to extreme overpayment. It's not the extra $30 for a taxi, but more the principle, understanding Spanish and hearing the conversation between the bellhop and the driver about how much they intend to rip you off. ...

"The property is located in a peaceful residential area, yet close to the hotel zone and the beautiful beach. It is on the lagoon with wonderful views. The room was spacious and meticulously clean. The staff are all wonderful, regularly going the extra mile. Jorge, the owner is often on site, ready to share his incredible knowledge of Cancun. The restaurant food is first class and reasonably priced. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this fabulous hotel."

"When come Cancun, I stay here. Inexpensive Clean and Decent Area. I had challenge with room, A/C wasn’t strong and door didn’t lock properly. But spoke with receptionist and took care of it quickly. They gave me a better room with outdoor balcony and WiFi access room. It’s quiet clean room with good restaurant and across from yaught dock to canal with little tropical fish come by. Very safe clean area and walking distance to street to get bus. It’s perfect cause don’t spend a lot time in room....

"Breath taking views of the ocean. Beautiful property. Gym beach front with equipment facing the ocean. Food options were great and most restaurants allowed food to go pool side. Yoga by the palm trees. Clean and rooms well stoked. Service was perfection with multiple bars to choose from. Only con was entertainment. One show a night. Excellent stay! Would recommend this resort to anyone. "
