「Amazing location on the water with awesome views. Kayaks, bikes and free breakfast was lovely. Good social areas, glamping tent was comfy and power and lights were set up well. Use of kitchen was very handy. Dorm room was simple, great beds but incredibly loud right beside the highway. Overall property needs some work, bathrooms were smelly and no hot water, sink area was always dirty. Some lighting around walkways, common areas and front entrance would have been helpful.
