"Facility -everything was perfect! Well- deserved five-star hotel. Neat and clean furnitures and well- cared garden and pool. The breakfast is must have. Try local coffee. Try egg cooking. All staff was gentle, well trained. The most of the request you have come true. One thing I have to mention is the environment of the hotel. The traffic is awful. Crossing street is always challenging."

"ロビーも部屋も天井が高く、ゆったりとした造りのホテルで、とてもくつろげました。特に便利だったのは、フロアごとにある無料で使える給水器です。備え付けのガラスボトルで飲料水をくんできて、お茶やコーヒーを飲むことができました。 また、ホテルの斜め前に屋台（レッドガーデン）があり、夕飯に利用できて便利でした。コンビニも近く、市場まで歩くこともできる便利な立地でした。スタッフもフレンドリーで良い旅になりました。ありがとうございました。"

" I am Japanese, and I stayed at this hotel during my first trip to Malaysia. Due to a flight delay, I ended up checking in late at night, but the front desk staff responded politely and professionally. The room I stayed in was clean, and amenities such as shampoo and shower gel were fully stocked. During my three-night stay, I did not encounter any issues whatsoever. When I requested a taxi for transportation, the staff arranged it smoothly. Additionally, when I suddenly asked for a certificate of stay at the time of checkout, they promptly issued it, which made me realize the high level of service provided by the staff. The hotel is conveniently located near convenience stores and shopping malls, so I had no trouble shopping for daily necessities. The room rates were also reasonable, and I would be happy to stay at this hotel again on my next visit."
