House of Tugu is the latest hotel from the Tugu Group, which I have frequented many times. This one is truly the masterpiece... the decor and mood is otherworldly. The room is spacious and very comfy. Breakfast was amazing and I really like their coffee. Service is something that all Tugu hotels share, always warm, genuine, and caring. To me, this is the perfect weekend getaway hotel.

A big part of a holiday is the hotel. The staff made you feel special, they cater to your needs, great dining options (I recommend the pulled lamb dish for dinner). We were upgraded to the executive rooms on the 12 floor, they were very comfortable. This propertynhas a valet parking (RP 90.000) and a concierge.

"I arrived CGK airport in middle night. Hotel shuttle driver came to pick me up. He sent someone to find me, that was very nice. At this hour, I didn't dare to get into any random car service. "The hotel lobby was in nice condition but upon seeing the room, we would’ve cancelled if possible. There are holes in the wall, stains on the sheets and the bathroom tiles were dirty. Would not recommend."
