I had a very disappointing stay at the Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles. The hotel feels soulless and lacks any charm. Stayed at the property for less than 12 hours and decided to leave. They advertised $46 for valet parking, but I was charged $82.50, which is misleading and frustrating. The room had a musty smell, and there was mold in the shower. Additionally, the bathroom door locks from the outside, which is a major hazard. I accidentally locked myself in and had to call for help to get out. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel due to hidden fees and poor maintenance.
