"Great if you need somewhere cheap to just stay the night. The room was perfectly clean but a bit run down and in need of some TLC. (Peeling paint, damp ceilings etc). Nottingham is built with hundreds of sandstone caves under the city. The cave trip is worth a visit. There is a huge amount of construction going on including refurbishment of the Castle and much of it will not be ready until 2021.

If you have a car make sure you head over to Woolsthorpe Manor which is Isaac Newton's home. You can see the apple tree that inspired his reasoning of gravity and changed how we see the world
