New refurbished rooms are very nice indeed! Check in staff helpful and friendly. And food quality and selection was excellent. My only negative is i think 4pm check in is quite late. Especially if you arrive on one of the many morning flights from the uk. Thats most of the day gone before you can unpack, freshen up etc....

This was a great location and lovely clean hotel, the one thing that needed to improve was the food. Always seemed cold, yet the plate burnt your hands.

Worst hotel ive ever stayed in booked for 8 nights left after 2 to go stay in another hotel. We arent fussy but people describe it like prison food and thats exactly what u get. My room flooded for 2 days and they nver fixed it so we left

Muy masificado, poca limpieza, comida poca calidad, lo bueno es que entraban las bebidas, hamacas rotas y pocas, falta espacio de ocio para la cantidad de personas que caben en el hotel y piscinas más grande, eramos sardinas en lata dentro de la piscina, no habían vestuarios cerca la piscina así que hasta que nos dieron la habitación tuvimos que cambiarnos en el el baño y estaba sucio y mal olor, ascensores lentos y caustrofobicos, lo bueno son los toboganes para niños mi hijo se lo paso muy bien.

The longest queues I’ve ever experienced to everything from elevators, reception, bars, sunbeds & restaurants. 2. Rooms are «cleaned» every day, but are still dirty. Hair & dust on bathroomfloors and in the shower. Bins not emptied for days. Cockroaches in our room on 14th floor. On the plusside the rooms look nice and the beds are comfy. 3. ELEVATORS=worst experience ever! 3 of 5 elevators functioning, but were still supersmall, slow & HOT! Completely hopeless and the queues were endless. 4. Beachtowels could be hired for a 10 euro deposit + a 2 euro cost. Cash only offcourse. Smallest & worst towels the size of a napkin. Just don’t. 5. Food in the main-restaurant were mostly OK, but not a lot of variety for kids. Noisy & overcrowded, and I’m not even going to start mentioning the snackbar. 6. Tokens! To get a drink in a reusable plasticcup, you had to cling on to your token for the whole stay. Again: worst queues ever because of people standing in line after finishing their drinks to exhange their cups back into tokens again. Ridiculous. 7. Clientele&area. As we arrived we learned from talking to locals that we were staying in the «drunken-Brits-area» of Benidorm. Enough said. Just a whole lot of Brits and also Spanish guests, which is totally fine, but these were the noisy and drunk ones. Supernoisy area. Stay away if you don’t enjoy falling asleep to the false tones of karaoke.

Es war insgesamt ok, leider fehlte die Sauberkeit und die Vielfalt von Essen, ansonsten waren die Shows u d Animation sehr gut.
