very disappointing!!!
"At front desk they didn’t seem to know how to get my reservation I made with Hotels.com. And they asked the supervisor and eventually they gave me an answer that they no longer do business with Hotels.com. But they are willing to let me stay if I pay again for registration!! No plans to clear up ..."

"We searched for cagwait it brought thus hotel up they said it was 25minutes north if cagwait and 9 minutes south of tandag we drove for hours nobody knew where it was ut turns out it was a 2day travel away we had a sick son in the car we had to take to hospital and then book another hotel.
