"Had a lovely stay at this Hotel Amic Miraflores. The hotel is situated in a convenient location, a couple of minutes from the seafront, close to restaurants and bars. A bus stop a few steps away, allowing you easy access to Palma and areas for €2. We stayed in the superior room, had air con, large tv, fridge and a balcony with sea views. "I arrived at the hotel for early check-in and there was a room available. At first, the staff member had a difficult time finding my reservation and there was some confusion regarding the name it was booked under. He was very polite throughout this process, and reassured me that it would be OK and I'd still have a place to stay regardless. He helped to alleviate the anxiety I had when hearing my reservation couldn't be found (I had travelled from far!). After a few minutes, we realized the error...
