"Not a terrible hotel. Waited 8 mins listening to a guy talk on the phone in a back office until someone came to the desk. We had a long drive, so was frustrating for no one readily available to check us in. Pool n hot tub were empty and water was clear and warm, But the pool room itself was freezing. ..."
