"Stayed a few times. Good night sleep, in quiet comfortable room. Good quality breakfast, with plenty of options. Only downside was member of bar staff seemed abrupt! We’d all come back from my dads funeral, had drinks, then asked for food later on. We were told, up to an hour - hour an half wait for pizzas and tapas, as there was event upstairs, bar virtually empty for a Friday evening. "The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful. I arrived after a long day and due to a failure of the Hotels.com app, my booking was not showing. The girl on reception found me a lovely room and helped me with the Hotels.com app cockup! I will be staying at this hotel every time I am near Sheffield from now on.
