Lovely hotel and lovely staff. Always my choice of hotel for weekly work travel. I just wouldn't bother paying extra for the superior rooms as it only adds more room space, a fridge and a coffee machine (pods werent topped up by room service for my second night though)

This is a good hotel that was let down by poor service . It was unfortunate that the pool had to be closed during our stay and the main restaurant wasn’t open . Couple this with room service and housekeeping issues , this hotel was resting on its laurels and failing to fire on all cylinders.

Friendly welcoming efficient staff. Rooms good size with most things in place. No soap at sink although fixed above bath/ shower. Good breakfast selection. The hot buffet selection was slightly awkward as containers had lids that had to be lifted all the way in order to access food and one needed to lean over . Rotating them would allow side access and easier to lift without my hairy jumper flopping into the scrambled egg. Short people would find it a challenge.

We were really impressed with this hotel. The room and general amenities were to a good standard. The staff were excellent. We had a minor issue with our room which was fixed immediately, and the staff were clearly very anxious to sort this without delay - very impressive. Breakfast buffet was good. Overall well worth staying here if you need a bed in the area

The place was lovely but unfortunately the lighting in the bathroom was terrible. Lights over the mirrors are needed to help when applying makeup.
