Who can stay at a VIP Access property?
Anyone can book a VIP Access stay and expect a great guest experience. Silver, Gold and Platinum members unlock an in-stay perk or savings.
How much does One Key cost?
It’s free! There is no charge to join One Key and you’ll become Blue tier and qualify for benefits right away.
How does a room upgrade work?
Gold and Platinum members will receive a room upgrade if the property has availability upon check-in. A room upgrade can be to a higher floor, better view or the next available room category.
How are properties selected?
Properties are selected using our own scoring system based on traveller reviews. To be included, properties must provide consistent value to One Key members, have a variety of amenities available on property and provide high quality service to guests.
