"We had a fantastic stay. It was pretty spot on. Closen to train station, 10 min walk from thenold town, very welcoming staff, good breakfast, huge suite, very clean....we loved staying there."

"When we arrived the check-in process was smooth. However when we arrived to the room it was far from clean. Nightstand had a coffee stain on it and floors were very dusty. Called down to the front desk said they would send someone to clean, so we waited and nobody showed up after 30mins. We were hungry so we stopped by the front desk to ask our way out the door. "This was our second time staying here, last time was in the Summer of this year. Seeing it both during the Summer and Winter makes it feel totally different. The hotel is beautiful, the location is beautiful, and the food that’s included is top tier. We spent all day relaxing at the thermal baths and saunas, and then slept great in our comfortable bed. "

"Gerl Hotel is a place not only to sleep while travelling but to spend time in the hotel as well. It has a great resturant and the breakfast was very tasty with a wide variety of dishes. Shame the main spa (which is spectacular) opens only at 11:00 and closes at 20:00. "

The staff were so polite, welcoming and helpful with directions, making reservations, anything you needed for a wonderful stay. I would recommend the breakfasts. The breakfast choices were amazing.
