"Great location and facilities. We went for a relaxing couples weekend but the swimming pool more resembled a big 4 caravan park with the number of kids in splashing around. Not somewhere we would return to for a romantic couples retreat. Otherwise excellent for families. "

The house is across the road from the skate park and BMX jumps and a short walk to a little playground, and less than 10 minutes walk to the adventure playground. The house is not fenced but the balcony is fenced on the front side, so you have a short amount of time to catch small children making a dash for the road (better than if it was straight out a door onto the road). "The house was perfectly positioned a short stroll from everything. Both the house and gardens were faultless so pretty and peaceful sitting outside with the abundance of parrots etc. Inside the house everything was labelled so no confusion of lighting etc. Perfectly presented and nothing not catered for. my only slight negative was the dining chars were a little uncomfortable. otherwise wow wow wow...i wish this was my house thank you ellimatta for all you gave us."

"We were very happy with Castle on the Hill. It meet all our expectations and created a nice relaxing time away for the 10 of us. We were able to lounge around the open fire, and have massages, hikes and all meals within walking distance. We didn’t have to get in the car once.
