I rated this hotel excellent as the room is large and equipped with Dyson equipment and also coffee maker. The staff is polite and helpful and even the cleaning ladies are well mannered. The only thing that I do not like is that the room is not bright enough though all the light is turned on.

One of the best 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at! I was greeted at the door and then told to sit and wait for available staff to help check us in even though there were 2 people opened for the aid. I watched someone else come in after us go up to them and asked to be checked in. I don’t know why I was sat down. Regardless, the hotel itself was spacious, clean, and conveniently attached to a mall so we did not have to go far to shop and eat. There was also a water show in the mall, which was cool. I only stayed 1 night so I can’t say too much about it, but this place was a good stop for us. Especially with our large luggage. Finding the hotel was a little confusing as the pathway leading to the hotel is a sharp turn from the train station exit. We walked a little further up and didn’t realize that. We turned around and saw the building from the other side and just tried following it instead.

Overall, my wife and I had a great stay. The service staff was mostly very friendly, the location is great, connection to the Canal City mall is convenient, excellent breakfast buffet, large rooms, and the amenities were the pros for us. The only negatives were at check in - our initial room smelled of cigarette smoke, and there were stains on the headboard and mould along the grout in the shower. We requested another room and the smell was better but there was still mould in the bathroom. The third room we requested was better and we could see that a staff member had cleaned the grout areas. I wish the grout could just be cleaned in all the rooms without having to ask. Two of the staff members helping us during check in ignored my wife when she followed up about the room, which we thought was rude, but the staff member showing us to our rooms was very helpful and friendly. Other than the hiccups at check in, all the service staff were wonderful and we had a positive stay.
