We loved the hotel. Even the most basic room felt luxurious. The staff were nice and helped us with whatever we needed. It is clean and well-kept. Also, the breakfast was AMAZING. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the location cannot be beat. 10/10 experience and we will be coming back the next time we are in Rome.

Overall it is a good place but the rooms are extremely small and it is hard to move around the hotel. You have to change elevators and they are very small and slow so we need to make changes often

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind and wonderful! They upgraded our room to a courtyard, helped with transportation from and to the airport, also recommended delicious places for food on New Year's Eve! The only thing I didn't like was that at times, I would smell cigarettes coming through the doorway when others are entertaining themselves in the courtyard. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again because of the staff! 😊

We stayed here the week of Christmas and it was a great experience. The Julius Caesar suite was great as the separate sitting area downstairs made us feel right at home, plus the two bathrooms made for both of us able to get ready for the day really quickly. The only thing to look out for are the stairs - they can be slippery if you try them in socks and they are pretty steep, so take your time! The staff were awesome. We slept in one day (because of jet lag) and thought we'd missed the breakfast window but they kept it open a little longer for us. And the breakfast is NOT to be missed - great options on the buffets. We walked a lot to all the main sights and loved the proximity of the hotel to the main shopping area where a lot of high end stores are as well as nice regular stores (we didn't shop in Valentino, but it was nice to dream). If you are into restaurants and nice perfume shops - go to the area past Popolo piazza. Overall, great experience. Loved it.
