The property is conveniently located in the heart of the theatre district and near times square, so great if that's what you're looking for. The staff are nice, the room was generally clean, and the "resort" fee charged gives credits to their onsite restaurant, a gym and citibike pass, and 2 waters a day. I only used the first and last. The rooms are teeny and offer only a modicum of sound-proofing from neighbors along with next to zero storage space. Good for a weekend as a solo traveller; would not really recommend otherwise.

Phenomenal staff and place. The staff if very attentive and enthusiastic. The hotel is located close to everything and we highly recommend you go to Rudy’s in Hell’s Kitchen !

Property is centrally located within walking distance to many of the cities attractions. It was clean, felt safe the whole time. Our room was a bit on the smaller side, but it was equipped with all the amenities. Great recommendation if you want to be walking distance to Times Square.

We loved the location. In the heart of everything. Food in walking distance all around. Staff was great. Rooms were clean and cute for the size. But you aren’t in your room long so that doesn’t matter. It was a perfect stay.
