Property was secluded and very safe. Had alot of amenities on the property along with taxi services on site. (Which came in handy when my pre booked transportation never showed up to take us to the airport), service was amazing. Swim out pool was beautiful. Only dislikes were the beach was not clean. They try to clean it but its not good enough. And everything is so far away. For some thats ideal, serenity, but if you want to enjoy a little night life in cancun it will run you 100$ or more. Other then that our trip was amazing. Minor things to be honest

Beautiful grounds. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The multiple pools were clean and poolside drink service was excellent. There are several dining options so there was lots of variety, though the quality of the food was spotty. Better at the sit-down restaurants than at the buffet. There also are multiple bars to choose from. We had a great massage at the spa. We also had the hydrotherapy experience which was interesting. Overall a really relaxing and enjoyable way to spend Christmas week.

My wife and I stayed in a Serenity Club oceanfront room and it was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet, exactly what we wanted for a carefree, relaxing vacation during the Christmas holiday week. All the staff were friendly and took good care of us. We enjoyed all of our dinners at Tahani, Satsu, Aqua Bendita, Vora Mar, and Olios restaurants. The dinner show at the Tahani was fun and the food was delicious.

Solo trip. I stay at the haven Rivera Cancun for 5 days! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I had a lot of fun, and good memories!

Outstanding property. My only comment for improvement is the food needed more seasoning on it. A lot of the food had limited taste and needed additional flavoring. I guess if you pack some hot sauce and herbs your time spend will be even better

Beautiful spot, great pool, great beach and the service was terrific. Swim up was perfect and the water was warmer than the circle pool. Bartender Maria in the lobby bar was delightful! Geronimo and Levy were our favourite poolside waiters. We will definitely be back!

This was my boyfriend and I's first experience in Mexico and at an all-inclusive resort and it was great. It took us some adjusting to how these places run, like with scheduling dinner and events, but we had a great time. The resort is clean and always being maintained by their staff, who were all very friendly. We liked the options of things to do at this resort during the day and night, but we wish there was a bit more going on in the evenings since there was usually just one event at about 9:30pm each night and if it wasn't something you were in to there wasn't anything else to do except hang out at one of the bars or wander the grounds. I liked the variety of food options they have, but the quality of food is what you might expect for all-inclusive. We knew it wouldn't be the most amazing food, but for the most part it was good. Vora Mar and Olios were our favorites, as well as getting made-to-order tacos from the lunch buffet. The service across the whole resort is excellent and the pool servers make it a point to remember you and your drink order. We loved it so much were hoping to go again and bring some friends with us next time.
