"We were delighted by the warm and excellent experience at the hotel, since our arrival Ale and Eve were so supportive and with a charming service attitude. We were really happy as the hotel location is ideal to walk as it is in a middle point between El Zócalo and the Jalatlaco Neighborhood. The room was so clean and the beds are wonderful to sleep. "The hotel staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful but do NOT have dinner here we were served the same plate of chicken 3 times and all 3 times id was severely undercooked. All the other meals were okay in all aspects."

"Great customer service. Everyone is very helpful. They organize very interesting tours which I recommend. Breakfast is awesome, healthy, and included in the room price. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The only downside is the noise insulation, not optimal. Location is not too far from the city center, but at night it is advisable using a cab, for safety and convenience."
