"Everything was delightful"

"My husband and I went for a week and had a wonderful time! The staff was amazing! The food could have been better at a few of the restaurants. They also used a lot of artificial sweeteners in their juices for cocktails. It was hard to find a beach cocktail that didn't have this in it. The hotel could use some updating but it was super clean. The beach was amazing and there was no shortage of palapa!"

Staff is very friendly, they are great at providing whatever you need and the property is very clean. It has a private beach so no crowds and a nice swimming pool. Definitely coming back! "Good hotel in a beautiful bay. The staff are very welcoming. The restaurants and gym seemed somewhat small considering the number of rooms in the hotel. I personally did not like the artificial juices used for lemonades and cocktails - they felt artificial. Good experience overall though!"
