"I made reservations for 6 business colleagues and at every step it was a challenge. The hotel security gave me a hard time while waiting with my car out front for business colleagues. The hotel ran out of water bottles, it was a bare minimum hotel with limited services and mediocre service. "

"Good all around except issue both on check in and check out .Upgrading their software/ PMS they had not transferred our booking so looked like we had no reservation. Took 2 of them several minutes to book us in. Frustrating as had been emailed day before to check in online with all our details(like airline)otherwise our booking would be seen as a no show .On checkout found they had not connected rooms for charging so delay while connected 2 room booking so could settle with one payment"

"It was so amazing. My boyfriend loves the view and the window seats. They had surprise us with sparkling wine & chocolates for our late anniversary. The doorman gave perfect customer service & he was fun to talk to. The staff was perfect customer service as well"
