Very helpful staff, beautiful room, love having breakfast ready at my door.
The only weird things was my adult son went outside to smoke on the beach, came back in and purchased drinks At the Front Desk then they sent someone up to check if he was smoking in the room.. He obviously had just walked in from outside. Other than that we had a pleasant stay. I flew in to visit him for his birthday. We had a nice vacation/staycation!
The pool and hot tub were very nice. I really enjoyed my stay, it was nice to relax in a hotel that felt like an apartment. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I come visit Traverse City family!
