"The hotel itself was very nice, check in and out was great. We had breakfast and it was terrible. Pancakes were burnt, my poached eggs were not runny. Everything was cold. The waiter never came back to check on our meal or service. When we complained, the chef said next time he would make it right. If the waiter had come back we could have maybe gotten the meal redone but not even offering us compensation was a slap in the face. We would come back to the hotel if we are in the area but never...

"This is a wonderful resort, extremely clean and any time I needed something it was done immediately. The only complaint that I have is that the pools were absolutely cold. They say it's heated but anyone who went in it said it was freezing. Especially with the cold snap in Florida; it should've been warmed accordingly. Also the main pool (The Lochness) was closed at 6 and a couple of days it closed down at 4 pm. Pools are a main source of entertainment and relaxation. Disappointed in the pool...

"Front desk was very helpful! One of the floorboards (laminate wood in room) was loose and stubbed my toe real bad. Comforter had some holes in it. Felt secure (24/7 surveillance) and the bathroom had a tub/shower and was very large and spacious which was awesome. Great place to come back to and crash, but not the coziest if you’re spending any length of time in your room."
