"Love the location for the purpose of my visit. Had someone having surgery. Location was key. Front desk staff were super helpful and friendly ever time I interacted with them. Housekeeping also hard working and very nice. Was very pleased with my stay. Getting good customer is rare these days but I really commend the front desk staff for being the face of the hotel and setting the mood for my whole visit. It let me know at my first check in experience here that things were probably gonna go...

"I booked this hotel while driving into a snow storm. I was fortunate to find this beautiful location. The staff was great! Clearly not expecting the amount of people descending on them but they handled everything very well. The room my daughter and I had was perfect! Clean, warm and beautifully decorated. The shower was great and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. I do wish there were onsite food options but there were several options within walking distance. We would stay there again...
