Beautiful room and view out on the balcony. Lovely decor and colors in the room. Staff was helpful and kind. Hot tub was wonderful.

The location of this proeprty was wonderful located right in down town Santa Fe we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. The property itself was beautiful with woodburning fireplaces. The downfall were the hidden fees this property charged. The property has a restaurant and they stated they give discounts to Hacienda hotel members. The discount they claim to give they add that on as a 'resort charge' without telling you completely eliminating the so called discount.

Beautiful casita. The gardens are really nice. Very comfortable. Very clean. Easy to access. Things to note. - The dryer only works on one setting at least one setting "extra heavy" I think. About 10:00 on the left-hand dial. The permanent press doesn't heat up at all. The dryer door won't open unless the dryer is cantered to the left. If you want to get the drying rack out you have to be creative by half opening of the folding door so you can get part of the rack into the "V". Suggest a newer stacked washer dryer unit would be better with a redesign the shelving to the left side or right side of the closet. - there are quite a few "house centipedes" which are harmless to humans but deadly to other insect pests. But they are ugly. And probably will make some people squeamish. But this type of critter being in New Mexico is kind of normal. No worse than states like Florida. - I'm not sure if the trash can and recycle can outside in the driveway can be used. But there are also recycled bin and trash bin in the yard on the back side of the house which we used.

This property was very reasonable priced and in a great location for us to visit a family member. That is why we picked it. It had good parking, some walkable dining options, and a park close by. The house was roomy and great for 2-3 people. The kitchen, bathroom and outdoor areas were nice. Most of the furniture and rugs were a little on the "flea market" side and used. All this said, we would stay here again because of the convenience to our family member. We arrived after dark and there were no lights to unlock the gate.
