"The definition of perfect in two words - Rick's Place. I honestly don't know how this property could be any better. The house and property, the view, and the location are absolutely ideal. That said, this property probably isn't for everyone due to its remote location. However, if you are looking for peace and quiet, an incredible ocean view, and a house that is well apportioned with everything you could possibly need, then this is your place. You can see whales, turtles, and whatever else...
