“En general estuvo bien por la playa; pero en el hotel la alberca estaba fría y la ropa de cama nos produjo ronchas. Durante el tiempo que estuvimos (4 días) no pasaron a limpiar la habitación más que una sola vez. No había agua caliente en la regadera y tampoco cambiaron las toallas ”

Our small daughter enjoyed the multiple swimming pools and we really liked the beach club. The hotel staff were always friendly and welcoming. The food at the buffet restaurants was actually decent and always included vegetarian and sometimes even vegan options.”

“Estuve 6 días en el hotel y en 5 días estuvieron haciendo mantenimiento en el edificio donde se encontraba mi habitación, haciendo mucho ruido. Deberían hacer esos trabajos en otra época. La alberca tiene muy afilados los mosaicos y tuve una herida en la mano. El estacionamiento debería ser exclusivo de los huéspedes, había de los trabajadores de mantenimiento y de transporte. Por lo demás creo que estuvo bien. ”

“La habitación estaba muy bonita y bien cuidada, la atención del personal estuvieron muy atentos, la variedad de la comida estaba bien en la mañana y la tarde, en la noche faltaba a lo mejor algún tipo de chocolate caliente o café. A mi parecer el horario del bar debería estar hasta las 12, aunque a las 10:30 pues es muy corto. En general la experiencia estuvo muy bien. Volvería otra vez. ”
