“The property was as advertised with ample space for all guests. There was supposed to be a twin bed in the king bed room but otherwise, we had the beds needed/expected. There was a plumbing issue with one of the bathrooms (water leaking to ceiling below) that needs to be addressed. All else was good.”

“We had the most amazing and memorable stay! The house was fantastic for our family, so much room and a perfect location- easy to head into town for a bite or go wine tasting. The check in process was beyond smooth and I can’t thank owners Lisa and Jack enough for their hospitality- they knew we had 2 kiddos under 2 and made sure the house was baby proofed for us. “Alex was a great host. He was proactive when he noticed the temp dropping in the house and wanted to get it taken care of ASAP. We liked the temp at 67 so we weren’t concerned but Alex reached out to me directly to make sure we were okay. Beautiful little space. Perfect for my husband and I. It was adorable, clean, had plenty of coffee and options for coffee. The neighbor helps with the trash and was also super friendly. I would absolutely recommend this VRBO, and truly, any VRBO that Alex has....

“The owner was quick to respond and checked on us when the power went out. The alarm system was a bit of an annoyance. It chirped our whole stay, even after we replaced the battery in the smoke detector. To be fair we did not contact the owner with this complaint. We were so busy with funeral services that we just did not have the energy. Also the dishwasher is in need of some attention ”

“The property was very much like it was advertised - nice gathering spaces and well-stocked kitchen for dishes and cookware. There could have been more towels to fit the number of guests allowed and there were no blankets. For the cooler seasons, some throw blankets would be good. The property is in a nice area with easy access to everything in sonoma. It was nice and quiet at night. We would definitely stay there again.”

“Once we walked into the house, we were immediately overjoyed. There were great bedrooms with lots of room and comfortable beds. There is a wonderful kitchen that we used to cook and enjoy the wine we purchased while visiting both Napa and Sonoma. It was close to everything we wanted to see and we were able to enjoy just relaxing at the house and in the hot tub. This is definitely a place we would enjoy renting again and will suggest it to friends and family.”
