Modern fusion cuisine will blend the flavours of Gibraltar, North Africa, Lebanon, Morocco and the Mediterranean in this picturesque restaurant setting.

Italian-born Head Chef, Mirko Scarabello is heading up the kitchen, having worked with some of the finest chefs in Europe.
A Josper charcoal oven will provide the centrepiece of the dining experience, offering up tender meats and perfectly cooked seafood and vegetables.
The specialty dish? Tuna steak with Kalamata olive salsa.
Other enticing meals include a Moroccan spiced burger, Mechoui leg of lamb and roasted eggplant shakshuka.

Sky Restaurant is perched atop the Sunborn super yacht, Gibraltar’s only five star accommodation.
It’s also the world’s first super yacht hotel, featuring impressive guest rooms, cocktail bars, a casino, pool and sundeck area, spa, gym and grand ballroom.
Guests can dine at the rooftop restaurant as the ship makes its journey to The Rock of Gibraltar.
Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and terraces on both sides make way for unrivalled views of the famous Bay of Gibraltar.
