Outlook: How to add phone number to signature
When you send or reply or forward an email, you may want to insert your signature with a phone number so the recipients can contact you if needed. In this tutorial, it will tell you how to add the phone number to your signature.
Note: Here takes Outlook 2021 as an instance, the steps and descriptions may have some differences in other Outlook versions.
Add a clickable phone number in email signature
1. Enable Outlook, in the Email view, under Home tab, click New Email to enable a new Message window.

2. In the Message window, click Insert tab, then click Signature > Signature. See screenshot:

3. Then click New button under Email Signature tab in the Signature and Stationery window to display the New Signature dialog, then type a name for the new signature. Click OK.

4. Go back to Signature and Stationery window, in the Edit signature textbox, type the signature contents and phone number you want to show. Click OK.

Now when you create a new email or reply to or forward an email in the Message window, click Insert tab, and choose the signature that contains the phone number under Signature group, the signature with the phone number will be inserted into the email body.
