Centreville Day Parade, October 19, 2024. The Department of Public Works and Environmental Services was proud to participate in the annual Centreville Day Event and Parade. The Solid Waste and Wastewater Management Divisions shared their passion for keeping the environment and residents healthy and safe. The crowd was delighted by the large Flusher truck, the EV garbage truck and the “Purple Monster.” Employees shared their knowledge and enthusiasm with the community.
