Easy Breakfast Pizza is a great on the go breakfast idea that is packed full of protein! Pizza for breakfast? Yes, please!
We love breakfast food and we love pizza! There are all different breakfast pizza recipes out there but this one is our favorite because it is so simple to make and I almost always have all the ingredients on hand. It is also perfect on the go which is great when we are busy in the filed planting, harvesting or trying to get kids off to school.
We also love this Ham and Cheese Breakfast Pizza.
Easy Breakfast Pizza
Refrigerated pizza crust makes this recipe fast to toss together. You can change up the ingredients based on what your family prefers and even make a half and half like you would a traditional pizza. Some ideas for other ingredients would be sausage, hamburger, onions, hashbrowns, peppers and you could also add a white gravy as the sauce.
How to Make Easy Breakfast Pizza
Unroll the pizza crust and stretch it out to fill the 15″ x 10″ pan. You will want to pre-bake this before adding toppings. While the crust is cooking, I like to cook the eggs until they are soft scrambled. The eggs will continue to cook in the oven so I don’t like to get them over done before they go in. Spoon all toppings on the pizza and bake until the cheese is melted.
If you want to spice this up a little you could drizzle hot sauce over before serving. Or if you are one of those people who like’s ketchup on their eggs, go for it!

Do you need to make the bacon first or put it on raw?
I cook the bacon first. Enjoy!
Iโm gonna use country sausage gravy for the pizza sauce and crumble breakfast sausage with pizza. Itโs gonna be yummy
Made this pizza today was excellent first time I made homemade pizza
Awesome delicious and easy. I made one change. I thought pizza needs sauce. So I added about half a can of country sausage gravy. The kind you put on biscuits and gravy. SOOOOO GOOOOOD!
Delicious, and especially easy using premade rectangular pizza crusts. This is going to become a regular addition to the breakfast table.
So I didn’t have pizza dough so I adapted your idea using flakey biscuit refrigerated dough. I put a layer of veg dip as my sauce base and then added spinach (fresh) topped that with fluffy eggs, cut up ham and bacon bits, cheese and fresh parsley cut up on very top. Baked a bit longer than directed since mine was significantly thicker. My teenage daughter says it’s now her favorite breakfast!
This will be my 3rd time making this recipe. My family loves it!! Thanks for sharing.
It was delicious
Excellent recipe! My 5 year old granddaughter helped me make it and it was delicious.

Can’t wait to try it! Has anyone tried freezing individual portions of this?
This is the second time Iโve made this – itโs great. I froze it And we had several breakfasts from the recipe. I used eggs, sausage, cream cheese and shredded Mexican blend of cheese. Froze really well – cooled, wrapped tightly with press and seal and then foil.
