Deposit / Payment Policy

First payable night's accommodation cost will be processed at time of booking, the balance of the total cost of the booking will be charged 1 days / 24 hours prior to check-in time (14:00 hrs) of day of arrival.

DEPOSIT POLICY (equiv to first nights accomodation) will be taken upon booking. Balance of payment will be taken 24 hours prior to arrival date. 

Please note this deposit payment is NON REFUNDABLE if you wish to cancel your stay. 

Please note that if the deposit charge is declined, your booking will not be processed.  (An email will be sent to advise you of this)

We accept: VISA, MASTERCARD, DEBIT, AMEX

All bookings made online will incur a 1.8% surcharge (3.9% for international cards.

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that between March and October we require 72 hours notice prior to your arrival date if you would like to change or cancel the reservation. Should this not be provided, you will forfeit the final balance of your booking fee.

Any changes/cancellations to your bookings, need to be processed VIA THE WEBSITE.
