The booking and payment system was easy enough but I'm disappointed with the quality of flowers in the arrangement. My sister sent me a picture of the flowers, the arrangement seemed small for the money spent. Some flowers had already wilted and had to be thrown out, 3 days after delivery, I'd expect the flowers to lasted longer than that.

Sent flowers to my friend who is living is Australia currently from Scotland! Ordered them 11:30pm Scotland time to be delivered for the 4th and for a text at 3:30am Scotland time saying they’d been successfully delivered! Amazing service and faster than sending flowers in the UK!! Will definitely be using again!! Thank you so much!!

The flowers are beautiful and every other order has been the same as the photo ordered but not this one . Theses are not $50 flowers i ordered but still nice and similar. Renae .

Unfortunately, the Xmas flowers I ordered which were tied in a bunch were in a vase which was wide, and with nothing to properly support the flowers. The bunch tilted to one side and also kept tilting forward. They were a gift so this was very disappointing. Susan.

The one thing that stopped me giving you guys a 10 is that you didn’t ring the doorbell at the delivery address where the lady was home all day so didn’t notice the flowers until the next afternoon when she went out the front door apart from that great quality flowers and easy to organise thank you

Very upset & dissatisfied with the wilted condition of the bouquet when handed to Cherie by delivery driver. They were supposed to make her birthday happy as we both love wildflowers. I have sent an email and Lulu replied quickly however I had some email issues at my end so I hope she receives them. The lady that took the order was amazing, helpful and polite.
