This simple hack is perfect for summer entertaining. Try customizing your skewers with your favorite cheese, fruit and meat combinations, too.

What you'll need:

  • Rosemary sprigs, cut into 2- to 3-inch pieces
  • Mini mozzarella balls
  • Prosciutto slices
  • Pineapple, cut into 1-inch cubes

How to:

  1. Strip the rosemary leaves off the bottom two-thirds of each sprig, leaving some leaves at the top for decoration.
  2. Use the rosemary to skewer a mini mozzarella ball, then prosciutto, followed by a cube of pineapple.
