Ava Braatz

Ava Braatz is a reporter for Access Carolina.

Ava is never one to shy away from a new experience whether that be hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains, wakeboarding, participating in the Miss America Organization, cliff jumping, line dancing or attending festivals. While Ava seeks the thrill, she also enjoys slow mornings at local farm markets, spending time with family and friends and painting/drawing while watching Netflix documentaries.

She has been the host and producer of lifestyle TV, a reporter for ESPN+,co-host for radio shows, emceed community events, anchored city elections and represented her university as their mascot, Sparky!
