Adelaide Hall remembered for love of history, church, family

Adelaide Hall was a stay-at-home mom who was greatly involved in her children's lives. She died Nov. 30 at age 98.

Some of Adelaide Hall’s favorite memories were working at her father’s mortuary office as a young girl.

She enjoyed telling her children how her father originally wanted to be a doctor, but became blind in one eye due to an accident with wood. He would tell Hall he considered becoming a mortician the next best thing.
