With schools, play parks and leisure centres across the UK closed for the foreseeable future, the nation is full of kids with plenty of energy to burn.
Parents are trying to home-school their children, often while juggling their own remote working.
If you're keen to take the load off yourself for an hour or so, help is at hand - all you need is a handful of Lego bricks and an internet connection.
Joining the likes of Joe Wicks and other live-streamed activities for kids is Manchester's Legoland Discovery Centre.
The centre, which is closed for the time being, has handed over its Facebook account to a 'master model builder', who is leading live brick-building sessions.
The Build at Home challenges have so far encouraged Lego fans to build their favourite food, and this week will tackle the theme of 'Heroes'.
Master builder James Windle - one of only 25 people in the world with that enviable job title - will be showing us how to create a rainbow heart to celebrate NHS staff, and a bear as part of the worldwide bear hunt.
This week's session will take place at 3pm on Thursday, April 9.
Each build lasts around 10 minutes but will inspire many more hours of Lego-building fun.
Followers are encouraged to share their own builds, with weekly prizes given out by James for the best creations.
James said: "I never fail to be blown away by the builds of young LEGO fans.
"I hope that with our Build At Home workshops we can stimulate the imaginations of LEGO enthusiasts young and old and bring a little creative fun to the day."
