People inspecting the remains of the former Massey Ferguson office block two hours after its demolition by controlled explosion. Most of the area of the factory has now been redeveloped with housing and shops and it is expected that a primary school will be constructed in this last part.

17 storey office block for Massey Ferguson situated on the front lawn of the 1930s factory (now demolished) in Banner Lane. Architects: John H D Madin & Partners, Birmingham. Builder: W H Jones Ltd (Costains). Built: 1965. Demolished: 8 July 2012
