The Blue Ball pub, Malton

The low, pantiled building dates from c.1700 according to Historic England, with CAMRA giving a more precise date of 1714. It has been the Blue Ball since 1823. Listed grade II (list entry 1291299) as having 'the most complete inn yard to survive in Malton'. It is on the national list of heritage pub interiors for its virtully unaltered layout of corridors and small rooms.
