Note for diners with food allergies: Dishes that include the top-nine food allergens are prepared in an open kitchen, though care is taken to minimize cross-contamination. Please inform us of any food allergies when you make your reservation. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before a reservation and are subject to chef's choice.
Garden Tea
Enjoy a selection of savory and sweet snacks with tea on the Restaurant terrace. Reservations are required.

The price for Garden Tea is $60 for adults and $50 for children.

Picnicking
Bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy at any public seating area.
Popular spots for picnics are the lawn next to the Central Garden and the terrace outside the Garden Terrace Cafe. Picnic tables, benches, and lawns can also be found at the Lower Tram Station.
Coolers or picnic boxes larger than 11 x 17 x 8 inches aren't allowed inside galleries. Please check them at Coat Check in the Museum Entrance Hall before enjoying the exhibitions.
