My Reasons: I'm leaving out "The Power of the Dog" and betting on "Licorice Pizza" instead. I know that "King Richard" and even "The Harder They Fall" are real possibilities. Even "Mass" could sneak in here.

My Reasons: I'm keeping Hudson in as my one long shot. The film did well at the box office and she's playing an icon. SAG may want to show her some respect.

My Reasons: I'm predicting the five favorites for nominations, though I'm prepared for a surprise like Nicolas Cage in "Pig" or even Mahershala Ali in "Swan Song."

My Reasons: Call me crazy, but I'm leaving out Kirsten Dunst here. I don't think SAG actors will figure that she had that much to do. Dowd had a much richer role in "Mass." I could also see Ruth Negga in "Passing" making it in. Of course, Martha Plimpton in "Mass" could just come out of nowhere. We'll see.

My Reasons: I'm omitting McPhee just like I'm omitting Dunst. The acting is so subtle, and SAG voters tend to go for the theatrical. That's why I'm going out on a limb with Faist in "West Side Story." Actors love the film, and he has such a showy role. Though I wonder if Garfield in "Tammy Faye" could actually become a double-nominee.
