A Turkey only by name
I stay away from TF for years not knowing too much about it. Our group has been there twice this season and can’t wait to play it again! Unbelievable greens in fantastic shape! Fun short par 4s, long par 5s and challenging par 3s…Friendly down home staff!
Pretty Good Course In Akron Area
This course never does anything to keep me from wanting to come back. Greens roll well. Fairways are nice. Layout is decent. Will never like the rough around the greens. Maybe just personal preference. Too many different lengths of rough close to the green from the weird humps and ridges. LONG par 5's to bump the length up. Some very short par 4's. Not a course I avoid when looking up tee times. Food selection was limited. Probably because it's close to the end of the season. Hot dog was good. Will be back.
Nice course
Course was in good condition especially since it had been raining all day. Most of the holes are on the shorter side and straight so good course to help with your scoring. I would definitely play again.
Never again
Extremely slow pace. Extremely noisy. Extremely bad players (not golfers because any golfer would understand and practice golf rules and etiquettes).
Sunday Funday
Course was in great shape! Had to wait a couple times but pace of play was pretty good. Hot dog at the turn wasn’t very good and one of the worst diet cokes I’ve ever tasted.
A gem
Course was so well kept; entire staff was friendly from starter to pro shop to bar.
Arrived early an hour early to warm up and look around and starter got us onto tee immediately.
Well worth a visit and a round.
Love the course
Had short rain delay and thought a 6 hour round was in the offering, but pleasantly surprised it was only five. Not bad for cramming an hours worth of tee times together and only missing yours by 15 minutes. Well done
